Our Company sponsored events bring our employees together throughout the year. Barlovento, LLC organizes and holds training programs, company meetings, awards programs, golf tournaments, and fishing trips for employees. We communicate new corporate objectives, share ideas, learn from others' experiences, and recognize talent at these events while reinforcing the company's core values of Safety, Service, and Value.

Our corporate commitment goes beyond our employees and extents to the communities that we live and work in. Through numerous corporate charitable initiatives, volunteer organizations and community outreach programs, Barlovento, LLC and our employees are improving the lives of the less fortunate and building better communities. We participate in and sponsor a variety of programs at the local and national level.
Barlovento's giving programs range from investing in child advocacy centers, nonprofit organizations, education, and our local communities. We strongly support Child Advocacy Programs such as the Child Advocacy Centers in the Wiregrass Area, Southeast Alabama / Emerald Coast Area, and Florida Panhandle.

We provide support for the Missing Children Alert Program and support local hunger and poverty organizations such as local food banks. Our environmental, culture, and arts charity programs include local botanical gardens, museum projects, and dance studios. Our educational programs include contributions to scholarship programs at local Universities and educational programs at the Junior and High school level for advance in the sciences. We support local community events such as the Alzheimer's walk, sports teams, disabilities related organizations, and national programs and events such as the American Red Cross and Toys for Tots Programs.
